Upon receiving your MediExtract order, you must submit a Notice of Receipt to confirm your successful delivery.

Click here to visit MY ORDERS (page will open in a new tab), then click the CONFIRM DELIVERY button for the order number you’ve just received.

The “Notice of Receipt” page will open. Complete the form on the page (your order number and contact details are automatically filled for you – you do not need to change them). Click SUBMIT . Your order status will now be changed to Delivered.

In future, you can access your list of orders at any time by selecting My Orders in the Shop menu at the top of the page.
