MEDI EXTRACT strives to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our Customers (Pharmacies and Dispensaries). This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipment of products purchased from the Platform (website, www.mediextract.com.au). By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
1.1 Once your order is successfully placed on the Platform, it will undergo processing within 24 hours during business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
1.2 Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete and matches the address provided during registration. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
2.1 As we use StarTrack Premium, as a delivery partner to deliver orders, we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times. Below is an indicative for delivery time at checkout:
a) StarTrack collects parcels from our facility at 12:30pm Monday to Friday, therefore, orders received by 12:00pm midday we will endeavor to process for same day courier collection.
b) Orders received after 12:00pm midday will be carried over to the next day for courier collection. Orders may take up to 2-3 days to be delivered depending on your location.
c) Order will not be processed and collected on National public holidays and Queensland public holidays.
2.2 We aim to deliver products to you, to the address you provided on registration, within these timeframes. However, from time to time our delivery partner will experience delays outside of our control. For updates on delays, please refer to the tracking information provided with your order confirmation.
2.3 Your order status can be checked at any time by logging into your MEDI EXTRACT My Account under Orders on the Platform.
2.4 If your order has not arrived as expected, please check your order status online prior to lodging an order Dispute or contacting us on admin@mediextract.com.au.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 We do not charge postage, administration or handling fees for orders containing 3 or more items in your order cart placed via the Platform on www.mediextract.com.au.
3.2 A standard shipping fee of $13.64 excl GST is charged if the cart has less than 3 items.
3.3 We may, at our sole discretion, change or cease any shipping cost offers at any time without notice.
3.4 Please refer to the Return Policy for shipping costs related to returns.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and your order status can also be checked at any time by logging into your MEDI EXTRACT My Account under Orders on the Platform or on the StarTrack site.
4.2 It is your responsibility to track your order and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the designated delivery address. All packages require signature upon delivery.
5. Shipment Delays and Issues
5.1 While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays or issues.
5.2 If your order has not arrived as expected, please check your order status online or on the Platform prior to lodging an order Dispute or contacting us on admin@mediextract.com.au.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 We currently ship within Australia. However, certain products or regions may have specific shipping restrictions imposed by local laws or regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable shipping restrictions before placing an order.
